Exchange and Return Policy | Move Skin Beauty

At Move Skin Beauty, we value your satisfaction and trust. We understand that unexpected events can happen, so we've developed this policy based on the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) to ensure your rights are protected and your experience is safe.


General Rules

Products purchased through our online store can be exchanged or returned within the legal timeframes.

Before requesting an exchange or return, please contact our official customer service channel via email or WhatsApp with:

- Order number
- Description of what happened
- Photos, when applicable

Exchanges and returns are analyzed individually after receipt of the item, based on this policy and current legislation.

Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange for subjective reasons (such as aroma, texture, color or preference), except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If the item desired for exchange is unavailable, the customer may choose to:

- Other product
- Gift vouchers
- Full refund of the amount paid


Right of Withdrawal

According to Art. 49 of the CDC, you can cancel a purchase made on the website within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

Conditions:

Product must be intact, unused, with original seal intact and in original packaging.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Regret before delivery:

If the order is already in transit, we recommend refusing it upon delivery. The refund will be processed after the product returns to our logistics center.


Damaged Product

If the product arrives with damaged or visibly compromised packaging:

Upon delivery: refuse receipt and note the reason on the back of the invoice or receipt.

After receipt: send photos and contact us within 30 calendar days (as per Art. 26, I, of the CDC).


Defective Product

You have 30 calendar days after receipt to report manufacturing defects (Art. 18 of the Consumer Protection Code). This includes defects not caused by misuse.

After analyzing and confirming the defect, you can choose between:

- Exchange for new product
- Full refund
- Proportional discount

Important: Sensory characteristics such as fragrance, texture or color may vary naturally and are not considered defects.


Order Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

If the carrier indicates delivery and you haven't received your order, please notify us immediately. We'll investigate with the responsible company and take appropriate action.

Complaints made outside the legal deadline or without minimum proof may be rejected.


Product does not match the order

If you received a wrong or missing item:

Please contact us within 7 business days with photos and order number.

We will analyze and, if the error is confirmed, we will send the correct item or issue a refund.


Important Information

Check your details at the time of purchase: your address and email address must be correct for your order and updates to reach you.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Our service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, and on Saturdays, from 9am to 1pm, excluding holidays.
